DELIVERY POLICY
1. At the moment Industry Distribution (Pty) Ltd. offers 1 methods of delivery of Goods
to you. Delivery will be via Courier.
2. Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
3. Delivery of goods will take 5 (Five) to 7 (Seven) Working Days. If products are
purchased after 3pm the following day will qualify as the first dispatch day.
4 In the event that courier takes longer than the above-mentioned days, you will be
notified via email.
5. Industry Distribution (Pty) Ltd. will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably
possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery
Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery
Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification decide
whether to cancel your order for the goods or not. If you decide to cancel your order,
we will reimburse you for the purchase price within 7-14 Working days.
If you decide to continue with your order, Industry Distribution (Pty) Ltd. will place a
new order with the supplier and the Delivery Period will start over.
6. Delivery lead time on products not ordered via the website platform will be
displayed accordingly on quotations and invoices.
7. In the event that Industry Distribution (Pty) Ltd. or a supplier does not have stock
on a specific item, you will be notified of the lead times indicated on your invoice.
Once payment reflects in the bank account of Industry Distribution, your lead time
will commence. If funds are received after 12pm in the afternoon, your lead time will
commence on the following business day.
8. Industry Distribution (Pty) Ltd.’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled
when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of
the order. Industry Distribution (Pty) Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or
unauthorized use of a product after it has delivered the product to the physical
address nominated by you.
Delivery of goods over the holiday season:
In the lead-up to Christmas and new year we recommend doing your Christmas
shopping as soon as possible. Due to suppliers that will be closed and limited,
courier services available to your shopping on certain product may be delayed and
only delivered in the new year. The delivery lead time will not apply on all products
during the holiday season.
